    The automatic rust removal of hull is realized by manual and self-moving mode by using the control mode of wireless telecontrol operation.

    The modular design idea is adopted, which is mainly composed of magnetic adsorption four-wheel moving body, reciprocating painting manipulator module for large area operation and rotary painting machine module for edge and corner operation.

    The adsorption unit adopts permanent magnet adsorption with high adsorption efficiency and light weight.

    The movement mode provides the driving force for the four drives, and turns through the differential speed between two wheels. The four wheels adopt independent flexible mechanism to realize the motion turning on the metal wall with different curvature radii.

    The control mode of wireless remote operation is adopted, and the automatic paint spraying operation of the ship body is realized in a manual and self-moving manner.
